Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on service offered by Brytora (JZT Media LLC) at the time of purchase for a one-time, non-refundable fee of $1.95. By adding Shipping Protection to your order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Coverage: Shipping Protection covers eligible claims for packages that are lost in transit, damaged upon arrival due to carrier mishandling, or stolen after confirmed delivery. Coverage applies only to the order placed in the same transaction.
Non-Guarantee: Shipping Protection is a goodwill service and does not constitute an insurance policy, warranty, or legally binding guarantee. Coverage is provided at the sole discretion of Brytora and is subject to verification of the claim. Brytora reserves the right to deny claims that cannot be substantiated with supporting evidence.
Claim Requirements: All claims must be submitted within 7 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date (or within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages). Claims must include your order number and, where applicable, photographic evidence. Claims submitted outside this window will not be accepted.
Resolution: Approved claims will be resolved by replacement of the original item(s) at no additional cost. Cash refunds are not available under this service. Replacement orders are subject to product availability.
Non-Refundable: The $1.95 Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if no claim is ever submitted or if a claim is denied.
Limitations: Shipping Protection does not cover delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, customs holds, natural disasters, or any other circumstances outside carrier control. This service applies to domestic and international orders where tracking is available.
