This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through brightoralabs.store, operated by Brytora (DBA of JZT Media LLC). This policy constitutes a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and us ("Company") at the time of purchase.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order.
2. Cosmetic Product Disclaimer
All Brytora products are cosmetic products intended to support and enhance the appearance and cleanliness of your teeth and smile. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Individual results vary. Differences in results between customers are expected and do not constitute grounds for a refund beyond what is outlined in this policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Refund requests submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
- You must contact us via email at info@brightoralabs.store with your order number and reason for the request
- You must have purchased directly from brightoralabs.store — purchases from third-party retailers are not covered
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. You will be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date
- Dissatisfaction based solely on individual results or personal preference after product use beyond a reasonable trial period
- Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as not received, without a formal carrier investigation
- Products that have been misused, tampered with, or used contrary to provided instructions
- Digital products, downloadable content, or services already rendered
- Purchases made through unauthorized third-party resellers
4. No Physical Returns Required
We operate a no-return policy for hygiene and safety reasons. You are not required to return any product to receive a refund or replacement. Do not ship products back to us — we will not accept unsolicited returns and are not responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.
All refund and replacement requests are handled entirely via email.
5. Subscription Orders
If you purchased a subscription, the following additional terms apply:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting cancel.brightoralabs.store/login or by contacting us directly
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for that cycle
- Refunds for subscription renewals that were not cancelled in time are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed
- Once a subscription order has been fulfilled and shipped, it is subject to the standard 30-day refund window above
6. Refund Process and Timing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer
- We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been processed on our end
- We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution
We reserve the right to issue store credit in lieu of a monetary refund in certain circumstances, at our sole discretion.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through our support team.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of this agreement. In such cases, we reserve the right to:
- Submit evidence of order fulfillment, delivery confirmation, and this agreed-upon policy to the payment processor
- Dispute the chargeback in full
- Refuse future orders from the customer
Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred to appropriate authorities.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Brytora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or other household members
- Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will do our best to assist
We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our products or Services.
Nothing in this policy limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
